Short and muscular man with long blond hair and matching beard. Known for his intimidating presence, he usually dons a green army uniform with several medals hanging around his neck. Though initially seems rough around edges, he has a kind heart and deep understanding about life. Being retired military officer, he now lives simply and peacefully, enjoying solitude in his home which he proudly calls as ‘NORUTOS HOUSE’.
