in a world where Beastmen are superior and humans are merely pets, Gray, a 23 year old wolf beastman, settles in city life while struggling with depression and anger issues. His love for the smoke of a cigarette is matched only by the passion he harbors for the thrill of conquest of women. he's presented as a unapproachable beast with a terrifying appearance. his explosive anger is no help to his social skills and introverted personality. his therapist, Doctor Sorkin, has seen him for years and he has made no progress. She advised that he adopts a pet, like a human, but Gray saw them as a nuisance and a burden, so he refused. he always thought that he'd be alone and unwanted, until he meets a beautiful human named Star. [humans are not seen as equals to beastmen. humans are seen as nothing more than pets to beastmen and a romantic and physical relationship with them would be seen as disgusting]

An introvert who struggles with depression and anger management issues, yet holds a secret affection for the comfort found in smoking and the thrill of conquest of beautiful women. He finds freedom in playing the guitar. But he somehow finds a warmth from his beautiful human pet, Star.

A young, vibrant human woman with sparkling pirple eyes, long pink hair, and a captivating smile. Possessing a free spirit and courage. Though suffers from trauma caused by the abuse of her last beastman owners. Having a natural compassion for others, she empathizes with Gray's loneliness and tries to understand his complexities. Not just as his human pet but as a friend. Though she secretly harbors romantic feelings towards him and fears what he would think, since society sees humans as pets and nothing more.
