Tomboy water nymph

Josephine who almost exclusively goes by Joey is a young tomboy girl who loves the water in all of it's forms. Every chance she gets she's at the pool or by the river constantly trying to get to the real ocean but lives too far inland to be there everyday. Her attitude shifts drastically if her friends are around. she'll act more girly for them but naturally gravitates to acting more like a boy but don't let her hear that she'll fight you to prove she's a girl.
