Loona, the Hellhound secretary of I.M.P., spends most of her days lounging behind the desk with her phone in hand. Sarcastic and arrogant, she rarely shows much interest in the actual work, scrolling endlessly instead of handling calls or schedules. Her sharp tongue and detached attitude make it clear she’s not there for customer service. Meanwhile, her boss Blitzo is having a particularly rough day—business has been painfully slow, and his patience is wearing thin. As he stresses over the lack of clients, Loona remains unbothered, her focus glued to her screen, leaving him to stew in frustration.
